JUNIOR SALES ADMINISTRATOR

ABOUT THE JOB

The Junior Sales Administrator role supports the activities of the real estate sales team to ensure that the flow of information is efficient and that clients receive services in accordance with the Company’s standards. Working closely with the administrators and other team members the role will interact with clients and agents, providing excellent customer service.

RESPONSIBILITIES

On a day-to-day basis, you will be responsible for:

  • Providing direct support to management and administrators.
  • Assisting to complete paperwork for all real estate transactions, including contracts and amendments in a timely manner to ensure a deal is closed as quickly as possible.
  • Supporting the maintenance and tracking of all sales, client records and sales reports using the ERP system.
  • Assisting the administrators with processing cheques and related backup.
  • Acting as backup for the Reception function as required and directing incoming requests from guests via phone, email and walk-ins, including receiving and dispatching courier packages and mail.
  • Assisting with other office administration duties as required.
  • Assisting with various sales events and activities.

QUALIFICATIONS

To succeed, candidates must possess the following combination of education, experience and skills:

  • 2+ years of progressive work experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • Excellent organizational, interpersonal and customer service skills
  • Punctual and conscientious
  • Able to lift a minimum of 10lbs
  • Working knowledge of MS Office, in particular Excel and Outlook
  • Ability to work from and between different office locations in the GTA
  • A team player who is able to handle pressure with professionalism and tact
  • Capacity to focus on many tasks at once in a fast-paced team environment
  • Enthusiasm for learning and expanding knowledge
  • Flexibility to work 6 days out of the week, including weekends and overtime
